After moving to Havasu in 1969, Jim helped to start the first radio station in the city in 1971 and worked as a time salesman there for 7 years. In 1977, he began his career in Real Estate and has been a full-time Realtor ever since.

For nearly 20 years, Jim’s main activity outside of real estate (other than helping to raise his 3 sons and daughter) has been as a Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 55 here in Havasu. Jim originally got his Real Estate license in 1974 and his Arizona Broker’s license in 1977, when he dove into real estate on a full time basis. 

Jim loves to list and sell homes. He says, “Helping others re-locate to Lake Havasu City is more than just a job.” You will not find a realtor who cares more for his clients. I know that selling homes is a lot more than just writing a contract. It is service, before, during and after the sale.
